UK CUSTOMERS: Due to UK VAT laws I cannot take orders from the UK from this storefront. After preorder merch becomes available in my main shop, please contact me so I can set up my Etsy to allow UK orders for a brief period. (This option is closed normally since I prefer not to sell internationally on there unless I have to.) You can still enter my giveaway as I can ship the prize as a gift.
EU CUSTOMERS: Unfortunately I am no longer shipping to the EU due to the GPSR, packaging laws, etc. You could possibly order to a friend as I believe gifts are exempt. You can still enter my giveaway as I can ship the prize as a gift.
COMBINED SHIPPING WITH ITEMS FROM MY MAIN SHOP
This is a separate shop I've set up for preorders only. If you'd like to combine shipping with anything from my main shop, please contact me with both order numbers and I'll refund you the extra shipping costs! Keep in mind, all items will be held and shipped along with the preorder when it arrives.
SHIPPING
Please understand that all products are preorder items, meaning they will be produced after the preorder period and may be slightly different from digital mockups. I expect to ship out pins in June or July.
If you are attending AX 2025, I've added the option to pick up at my booth (J9) for free.
RETURNS
Returns are not accepted, but please contact me if there is an issue with your order. Please retain the packaging so I can file a claim if applicable. In the case of lost/unreceived orders, US customers must notify me within two weeks of shipment!
